Where is my order shipped from?

We've recently partnered with Amazon Shipping and Fulfillment in order to provide a more seamless shipment and delivery process for our customers.

Amazon has fulfillment centers all over the country, their system will ship your order from a nearby fulfillment center so shipping is faster and easier to track! All of the products you purchase are still coming from our company, just with a little shipping help from our new partners at Amazon.

When will my order be shipped?

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders received by 12:00 PM EST will ship the same business day; orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends will ship on the next business day.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes! When prompted for the billing address, fill out the address associated with the credit card used to make your purchase, then fill out shipping information to the address you wish to send your order to.

What should I do if there is a shipping error?

For any issues with your billing or shipping address please call our customer service team at 888-363-8910 to correct your information. If your order has already shipped we will need to update your address with the carrier. We recommend reviewing your order confirmation email after placing your order to ensure all information is accurate before your order ships.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the Borderfree international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. Do you accept international returns?

We do! If you want to send something back just make a handwritten note on your packing slip indicating what item(s) you’re sending back and the reason for the return. Be sure to include the packing slip with your return items. What is your return policy?

  1. Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. All shipping costs are non-refundable

  3. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition with tags attached.

  4. Merchandise that is mailed back beyond 30 days and within 90 days will receive a refund in the form of online store credit.

  5. London Times only accepts returns for items purchased from our website.

  6. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items returned more than 90 days from the date of delivery.

  7. We accept returns on international orders, return costs are paid for by the customer and are non-refundable.

We’re sorry, but we cannot provide a refund or Online Credit on items returned more than 90 days after the delivery date. Upon receipt of returned goods, London Times reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. We do not accept returns from purchases made at department or specialty stores.

How to make a return?

  4. Then select the reason for return (additional comments are optional unless you’re processing an exchange)
  5. Click submit after reviewing all the information and print your return shipping label and packing slip on the confirmation page

I gave a gift to someone; can they return it?

Definitely! If you send a gift to someone they can return it for a refund in the form of online store credit and purchase something else. They can also choose to refund the original method of payment used by the person who placed the gift order. Online store credit is only redeemable at London Times. Their preference must be advised on the packing slip included in their return.

I have damaged merchandise, can I return it?

In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise from, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please be sure to contact customer service at 888-363-8910 or before sending back any damaged or defective items so they can authorize the return. However, if the item has been worn and damaged, we will be unable to accept the item for a return.

What will it cost me to make a return?

All returns are free of charge when you use our return shipping label included in your order!


Need a new size?

No problem, we offer free exchanges on all U.S. orders! At this time we only offer exchanges for the same item in different sizes. If you would like to send something back for a different dress you can return your item for a refund and purchase a new style.

Exchanging Your Order?

We want to make your exchange experience easy. To ensure proper handling of your return, please do the following:

  1. On your packing slip, hand write the items that are being exchanged and the size you’d like us to send you

  2. We suggest making a copy of this packing slip for your records

  3. Include the packing slip with your return items

  4. Contact to get your free shipping label

  5. Drop your return at FedEx and that’s it!

What will it cost me to make an exchange?

Nothing! All exchanges are even exchanges and free when you use our return shipping label.

When will I receive my exchange?

We want you to receive your exchange or refund ASAP! You can expect your exchange to process within approximately 5 business days of us receiving your merchandise. Once your exchange has been processed you will receive a new order confirmation via email. Please note during the holiday season processing times may take longer.

I gave a gift to someone; can they exchange it?

Yes, customers can exchange gifted items by following the instructions above. London Times only offers exchanges for the same style in a different size.

Payment accepts the following forms of credit card payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Your credit card will be charged the day the merchandise is shipped. In addition, you can also pay through PayPal. Any charges you see prior to shipping is just an authorization hold and will turn into a charge only when your order ships.

Saving Payment Details

Saving your payment details it will make your checkout process easier! Once your payment details are entered just check the box to save your payment information. Your details will then be stored in your secure account and you will not have to re-enter them again.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

Sales tax will be added for taxable items in deliveries to the following states: California, Illinois, New York, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Texas. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. Shipments to any other states will not be charged tax.

How do I use a Paypal payment option on

Existing PayPal users who would like to use PayPal payment method when placing an order can click on the "Checkout with PayPal" button when checking out. New PayPal users who would like to use PayPal as a payment method will be redirected to the PayPal website to sign up for an account and will be presented with the "Checkout with PayPal" option when they get back to the web site.

When are funds transferred out of my PayPal account for my London Times order?

PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout. If the balance is lower than the total payment, PayPal offers credit products or the option to pay from your bank account or a credit card. Customers who do not have a PayPal account at this point will need to use a valid credit card to complete the payment. For detailed information, customers can contact PayPal customer service by calling 888-221-1161.


How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. This information will update you with the status of your shipment, you can even sign up for email/text alerts by clicking Track My Package in your shipping confirmation email.

My tracking information isn’t updating?

No problem! Just contact our customer service team at 888-363-8910 or and we will provide you with an update on your tracking information.


How long does it take to get my refund?

We want you to receive your refund ASAP! You can expect your refund to be processed approximately 5 business days of us receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from London Times. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

I have online store credit, how do I use it?

To use your store credit be sure to log into your London Times account before placing your order. Once you get the payment section of the checkout process there will be an option to apply your available store credit to your order.

Online Credit is only redeemable at Online Credit may not be used at Department Stores or any other locations that sell London Times merchandise.

How do I join the London Times mailing list to hear about new products and promotions?

Join our email list by entering your email address in the "SIGN UP FOR LONDON TIMES UPDATES" box on the lower right corner of any page on the website, then click "SIGN UP". You will automatically have access to all of our email updates covering information about our products and services!

How do I  unsubscribe from the email list?

If you ever wish to unsubscribe from promotional emails, find a recent email from and click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email which will prevent you from receiving promotional emails in the future.
